Booking policies

Appointment Setting:

• There are no additional persons or children allowed during your appointment.

• A $25 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your style, is due when you book your appointment via credit/debit card. No deposit = No appointment. 

• Your remaining balance must be paid at the completion of your appointment. Cash and Cash App are accepted.

• There is an additional $40 fee for booking appointments outside of work hours. Please contact me directly for booking after-hours appointments.

 

Late Policy:

• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits for cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment time will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24-hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. 

• No Call / No Shows will result in your deposit being forfeited plus a $50 charge to reschedule. 

• There is a 30-minute Grace Period per appointment.

• After 30-minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

• After 45-minutes, your appointment will be canceled with no refund nor can your deposit be transferred to another appointment.

• Refusal to pay the late fee will result in a canceled appointment and no refund of the deposit.

 

Preparation for Appointment:

• Hair MUST BE at minimum 4 inches all around. Services will be declined if hair does not meet this length requirement. If you are unsure if your hair meets the length requirement, please contact me to schedule a length check.

• Hair MUST BE freshly cleaned, blow-dried, and free of tangles prior to appointment. Tangle-free and blown-out hair ensures the best quality in Wootresses Braid Styles. If hair requires an additional blow-out there will be an additional $30 fee.   

• All Braid styles include Queen B 50" hair
