Cancellation Policy
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits for cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment time will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24-hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. • No Call / No Shows will result in your deposit being forfeited plus a $50 charge to reschedule. • There is a 30-minute Grace Period per appointment. • After 30-minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. • After 45-minutes, your appointment will be canceled with no refund nor can your deposit be transferred to another appointment. • Refusal to pay the late fee will result in a canceled appointment and no refund of the deposit.
